Pros
The glove covers just the palms of your hands, preventing calluses or blisters. They breath very well and are fairly cushy too.
These pads help me lift more weight by providing cushion but never restricting your wrist. Due to the contact with dumbbells, barbells and etc. Your hands feel 'free'.
Cons
There is 3 finger loops instead of 4 which excluded the pinky finger from being secured. On dumbbells there's no padding on your thumb or even the pad of your hand near your thumb and the thumb can get a bit raw and sore. I have big hands and with the... Read More
Within days, the neoprene was already ripped by the palms. Lasted about 3 months and ripped. They break after the first use.
Skip these boys, lots of other options. Although i like the concept the execution is not so good. These are horrible, definitely not the same quality as years ago.

Some of the heavier dumbbells in my gym arent used very often so the knurling on the handles are very rough and they would eat my hands up

Workout gloves typically don’t extend far enough down my fingers so that when i am pulling on a heavy weight my fingers often hurt

I have a little nerve damage in the palm of my hands to the point that i would get little electrical shocks when doing pulls up etc at the gym
