Had to take the handlebar weighted ends off first then sprayed a soapy water concoction inside the grips and just slid them on with a little bit of turning back and forth and they were on

Easy to install works as advertised not the best look but you know this when you choose these over some way more expansive handlebar grips that looks cool but functionality is questionable

One bike had a larger flared end to get the grip puppies over

If you have to cut the grip puppies shorter then install the factory end first to prevent splitting and use soapy water to lubricate to aid slipping them on
