Replace the rope and this is a fantastic product

I purchased this to lift winter tirewheel in my garage it did the job but the quality is not great rope too

You have to keep the cord well aligned with the pulleys without mixing

Works good and the price was right

Pulleys had actually stopped turning

Really nice hoist easy to use and sturdy only complaint is the bundled rope it gets tangled very easily so might want to consider to replace it
