Pros

The flavor is gentle enough to add to the taste of the meat without being overbearing. This seasoning is the best. We use this all the time, and i’m telling you it is finger * good!

Cons

This is not at all what i would recommend for bbq or even baking. I love maple but it was just too overpowering. Couldn't figure out their expiration code.
