Which is awesome! Highly recommend. Great product. Very pleased and highly recommended. Loving these so far.
They are made from a nice rubber and feel good with either bare hand or with a gym glove. The pump is insane.
Amazing product works on 90 per cent off all machines. The quality of the grips are very good and seem to perform as described! Great service and an innovative product.
Grenadier grips add a new dimension to your workout. As a trainer it's always nice to try out new kit. I can feel that i'm utilising muscles that don't normally get hit.
Cons
Used in the gym, squishy and prone to movement on the bar/dumbell. Do yourself a favour and get the tried and tested fat grips or the cheaper ballistic grips or any other similar grips. The grenades are pretty useless apart from for entertaining other... Read More

Whatever you do you will be done 10 times faster than without these grips
Instead ive worked with 2 inch thick bar barbell and a custom made 3 olympic dumbbell made of of thick rubber

The only literal downside is that i would say that these are a bit soft in comparison to others that i use
These grenadier grips would resemble the baseball grip style which i use baseball hook chain kettlebell
