Hey guys just wanted to update my review im on my second tub of these and i have lost a lot of weight in the first month i was a size 1214 and now a happy size 10 these tablets have changed everything im so active i run every single night even after a 11 hour shift running a kitchen i love them if u need energy boost to get active these are brilliant i love them my body is getting better every week so happy i am able chuck all my old big clothes away and buy all size 10 such happy chick u will only see results if u exercise and eat correctly thats the only way u will loose weight

I dont normally use any stimulants or supplements but these got good reviews
