Pros
The caps are halal which is a great bonus. They work well maybe a bit too well for me with healthy eating and daily exercise. They help me burn off calories, i sweat, dear god i sweat.
Drink plenty of water and try to avoid to much extra caffine. Took 2 in the morning and 2 at lunchtime. I take 1 capsule before a workout, sometimes 2 but that is a rare case.
Best weight loss product on the market. And the packaging looks pretty cool too. Used this previously, luckily found again at this price. Great price, good quality supplement, works just how it should.

Cannot fault rele good but if u take on empty stomach nd dont drink enough water it will give u the worst heartburn uv ever had
