Body of chipper was broken when it arrived but does not effect the ability to chip small branches

I love this chipper works great for small branches up to 341 ideally over that is pushing its limit and you have to go slow i bought mine as an open box item i buy most things used or open box i have used it 3 seasons for 7 hours at a time i waited to give my review till i broke it in good the majority of the branches i chip are privet bushforsythia bushlilac treeeastern sweet bush thats 15ft tall some small maple branches only this season did i notice i have to flip the blades you get 4 blades 2 sets that you flip for 4 its a good little machine quieter then a gas one but still noisy i would buy again only issue is the collection bay its not snug i use mini bungee to pull it tight one on each side you can see from my picture it chips smallmedium size i did this recently is laying on top of commercial chipped

It would be nice if there were some way to attach the pusher to the unit when not actually using it

First one died within a few hours of use company shipped a brand new unit and didnt have to return the old

Pros excellent product for chipping straightalmost straight woodfast cuttingcut anything i threw at it as long as the blade was sharpcame with extra bladeseasy to carry around4 year warrantycons noisy does not use lasers to cutback super finicky to remove if things get stuck or need to change blades called the manufacturer ball is in my court to call them back
