Pros
Pure seed much better than all that stuff coated with different things. Germination happens way quicker than with the coated variety. Great grass - only complaint is at the price point it is, it should be 5lbs instead of 3lbs.
Always getting compliments. Good and quick results.
Cons
Highly dissatisfied with this seed. Not worth the cost or hours to prep for installation.
Pampered and watered this stuff for weeks and nothing. Very poor germination rate.
