Pros
Although this seed is a little spendy i decided to try it anyway. Came in thick and lush. This rewards me with lush grass. Be patient and you will be rewarded.
Laid the seed and starter fertilizer on october 25, 2021. Second picture is from 4 weeks after seeding and there is patchy, but decent signs of growth. Update the after pic is 7/6 not 6/6 so about 39 days after planting. It appears significantly thick... Read More

Fescue take 2 or more full weeks to germinate, but it's been 6 weeks and not much happened.

I thought this stuff was a bust because it did take longer to germinate that the bag said but i did also get it out later in the fall than i should have

When used into bare spots with added top soil and consistent watering it took 2 weeks to start germinating and then another 2 or 3 weeks to reach a height were it had to be cut

I think i’ll try the perennial rye on my other spots this fall that are full sun
