Pros

Run the graphite from a pencil in the slots before stringing. It was easy to cut slot depths, they're about the right size for my builds. The string width feels right and amazingly the width is dead-on for my harley benton sc-jr.

Some might find the action on the high (treble) e string provided by the nut at the first fret a tad low. You will need files to deepen the string grooves enough to hold strings in place.

Cons

For whatever reason, gives the guitar a weird slightly out of tune harmonic. Almost like the intonation is out. Bleaching removes the natural lubricants and makes the bone comparatively brittle.
