Pros

Holds the weights securely. Easy slide on and off. Quick bar locks since my barbell and dumbbells have threaded ends.

Cons

The images show the farthest i could push the * on the bar. The collars come off and don't hold the weights. I have 35lbs on a dumbbell and the collars won’t hold.
