Great packaging, great price and the print quality is just as good. Able to print business documents and multicolor labels beautifully. Very compatible with my hp printer.

Cons

The black toner cartridge leaves spots and streaks even after multiple cleanings. When i needed to replace the other 2 colors, all i am getting is a chip error.
