Pros

Good insulation properties, secure lid, and hole for straw. Toped with ice cubes when used & nearly 75% of the cubes remain after 8-10 hr days in a work truck. The beverage he wanted sits there and gets cold.

They’re super easy to wash/clean. No handle is a plus to me as fits in my cup holders easily.

Cons

The lid comes off when you put hot liquids in it. The mug is not dishwasher safe.

The warranty from amazon is over, and that is 35-40 bucks down the drain. Now it's to late to request a refund from amazon.

The company refuses to honor that warranty. This is an egregious * of customer trust.
