Il faut dire que nous venons de les avoir. My experience with this type of cookware spans over 60 years and these are the best that i have ever used.
No sticking and no visible wear or damage. Nothing sticks on the pan so far.
Cons
The product page is misleading as to where this pan is manufactured. The purchase returns to amazon first thing in the morning and i remain devoid of a glorious greenpan utensil. All food sticks to this thing.

Alsoi recently found out about what hard anodized aluminum is

The hard anodized process locks the aluminum in the pan so it doesnt get into your food

Note that you have to wash it by hand to keep it working dont put it in the dish washer
