Pros
As well as being healthier, it is very easy to clean. I wash it right as after using it and it cleans up so well, really easy to wash. Easy cleanup is no problem. Puts up with almost anything.
Heats evenly, has a nice thick base, and the non stick works very well.
Cons
The pan sticks even with oil or butter the cooked items stick. Terrible pan, my fried egg sticks every time even using a lot of oil. Had 2 pans for 6 months. Last attempt to make pancakes before throwing these away.
Antiadhesive coating is very thin. It eventually wears off leaving you with a very sticky pan. Sticky after 2 weeks of use. Not getting cleaned up.

If you need high heat we would recommend a quality wok
The greenpan paris fry pan is superior in quality durability and functionality

Do not use with high heat no non stick pan works well with high heat

Have not used any oil at all even for crepes pancakes etc

You start the pan on high for a few seconds then to med heat
