Great pan heavy and unlike most non teflon plan this one doesnt stick

After testing it it performs well on high heats and did not stick as with the others ive tried

As an actual working functioning kitchen utensil i think they are good though not in the same league as le creuset or circulon more at the kitchencraft level

Just do not make them mega hot because it is not good for them and the food can burn on a bit
