I read and followed the instructions and they performed beautifully. I'm not sure why pink is the cheapest, but my daughter was thrilled.
Cons
Don't buy this. Takes a ton of time to heat and everything sticks to it. It already has a chip in the enamel.

I always let the pans warm up on a less than medium heat i never use metal utensils in them and i always clean them gently
