The greenfield stand is made the old fashioned way with a cast top plate. It mounts at the frame joint just like my wife's old bike. With the rubber pad on it this kick stand feels very solid.

It fit perfectly without even needing to cut it. Perfect fit for my drt 1. Takes a couple of minutes to remove & replace.

Cons

The kickstand part is so wobbly. It looks like something that somebody used already and just repackaged it. The finish is terrible. It’s difficult to kick out (esp. The grain and non-magnetic properties indicate cheap metals.

Problem lies in the plastic part in the hinge system. On a multi-speed road bike the cable for the rear derailler goes down behind the bar that this mounts to.
