These are pretty much a snap to put together but be warned if you dont put the screws in far enough or too far the little plastic cover up buttons that fit over the screws will not stay on

One side no matter what way is assembled has a non painted wood side that sticks out but if placed properly i guess you wouldnt notice

But they are fairly small and also the screw covers are low quality so if you screw the boards tight the screw covers will not go in because the screws are too far in the board to reach

I had to get better wall anchors because the ones with it didnt work at all they was to small for the mount and weight of the shelf
