Even of the organic options too many use organic cotton or wool that is then coated in plastics or toxic chemicals and its not really disclosed unless you read the reviews or call the company

That can be an option for someone whose baby is allergic to wool or any other natural ingredient but its so expensive for a crib mattress

After some trouble in the beginning the company offered to send a new mattress and asked me to return mine so they could investigate
