They aren’t recognized i keep taking them out and trying again but nothing and i’ve had them so long that i can’t even get a refund

Product defective did not work with my hp printer

I purchased these planning to use them when my hp cartridges run out of ink a month later i installed these and they did not work they were not compatible with my printer and of course i could not return them

All the small cartridges worked ok the large cartridge for the black did not work the matter what i tried to do it would not print

Put the black cartridge in and the printer would not recognize it now matter how may times i reloaded

I just put this into my ho printer and no matter what i do no ink will print on the page
