Pros

The oily texture is still a bit offputting but the taste is amazing! The only taste is cinnamin and it was not overpowering at all. This product has a strong cinnamon flavor, and no fishy aftertaste.

My only problem is that it is very pricey to maintain dosages. I take it like it’s a pill. Much more economical than the capsules.

It tastes much better cold and it solidifies, so it is not too greasy. Easy on the stomach, no burping. My facial expression when i burp this stuff up is hilarious.

I have a 3-year-old with autism that fights any and all dental hygiene. The kids all take it though.

Cons

I honestly think they have led people to believe that just because it is raw and fermented all buzz words to us, that it is better. Just go for vitamin d suplements at your local pharmacy and save a lot of money.

It was mailed out in a stuffed envelope. It looks like that there was no seal on the jar under the lid and the oil leaked out. The seller does not accept returns.

My bottle arrived well packed but the seal did break and it leaked all over the paper wrapping one less star for that
