Use quality ingredients and you won't be disappointed. They take an average of 2-3 min to cook and they are crispy and perfect. You get a lot more wood fire flavor than i thought it was going to have.
Cons
Pellethead is misrepresenting this product. The opening to insert the pizza is to small. Toppings fall on the stone and burn ruining the pizza. Complete failure trying to get a pizza in that 1 inch clearing.

Stone temp was running just below 600f using an ir thermometer

You will want an ir thermometer you can get one on amazon for less than 20
They also cost a lot more than this
