Not sure if thats my bottle or if thats normal for the brand but its definitely offputting

Im not fond of the recommendation to take 4 pills a day when ive had good results taking just a single pill with some other products so thats a definite negative but in their defense i have also had good results just taking 2 in the morning as i frequently forget to take them later in the day

Unlike some of the other reviewers here i definitely detect a bit of an unpleasant taste and smell when i take these
