Pros

This is the second time i've purchased this material for soundproofing applications. Used to build a deluxe silencer box for my high end air compressor used in my audio system.

Green glue goes behind drywall for soundproofing qualities in walls. They say applying one tube will give you 70% less noise dampening than 2. It's the best noise cancelling for an added layer sheetrock install.

Cons

What a waste of money. Wasted our money. The shower noise is no different than before. There are no tips to the tubes, and where do i find a dispenser that is large enough? Floates and painted and waited the recommended 30 day “curing”period.

The added partition wall sits on the subfloor with the finish floor installed later and now caulked for bug reduction

And i have several months of dealing with the material

Caulk is not but will dampen a little compared to this product

Because of a shipping error see my seller review we had two tubes of the sealant i didnt order
