The product is not difficult to dissolve. It is a little harder to mix up in a cup though. I prefer it blended in my blender to make sure i get all of the clumps out. It really isn't hard to help mask the taste or just * on down either.

The taste of the product is not that bad. As another reviewer mentioned, it definitely tastes better with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice.

Cons

They have 4 stomachs which ferment and regurgitate the grass until it digests. Was in big moist blocks, tastes *, didn't dissolve well.
