Using for weekly parasite cleansing maintenance. Also for internal cleansing. Works very good because of iodine in walnut hull and is so strong like listerine for mouth wash. Easy to break open the capsules and dissolve it easily.

Don't buy it here, it comes with no dropper and no instructions! Well, now i'm unsure it will be enough.
