Customer service is awesome. This is for the deluxe unit. To have a company trust enough to ship without receiving the return first is almost unheard of.
The filter housing is a beauty to behold. Without getting into terminology and shop talk, this unit is solid, highly functional, and very powerful.
Fans on both units are so efficient they can be run on lower settings. Delux fan some have complained is noisy, but on low it is perfect ‘white noise’ for sleep. I like how many speeds the fan has. It's a little loud, but the grey noise is worth it.
This air cleaner cuts down on dust and cleans the air. Takes care of dust, pet dander, and then some. A shop vac and an old tooth brush are perfect for this job.
Cons
For the price there's no way this should have cleared inspection or been shipped! More like sticking your nose in a bottle of bleach that's gone. Either that's a manufacturer which imho is best avoided.
The amount of air volume generated by this unit is disappointingly very low. After trying this for months, my 16 inch fan gathers more dust than this does.

As with any air filter make sure and follow recommended maintence plan
There are other motors bldc that would be more robust without costing a lot more
They do have a 2year warranty and have offered to send us a replacement motor or send the unit back to them to have them repair
