Pros

Rubber padding on the lower palm greatly reduces shock. The velcro is very strong, my last two sets of gloves, the velcro was always giving way, and i paid almost 3 times as much!

Cons

Amazon loves to only carry and show you the absolute cheapest, chinese single use items, so i don't know what i expected. Build quality just isn't what it used to be at this price point.

Gloves have very little padding. Placement of the padding is misplaced so doesn't provide protection against the bar in the palm of your hand. Another downside of fitting in them hard is the difficulty of taking them off.
