The padding is stitched in place so doesn't move. Great to prevent callouses on the palm of your hands too. The xl fit perfectly, i'm normally a size 10/11 in gloves. Only down side is that mine are a little long on the fingers.

The wrist support helps a lot. I always start on the rowing machine and these are perfect for that. Only downside it presses * on my garmin watch during bench. They are absolutely brilliant for deadlifts, lat pull down cable and barbell squats.

They still fit, but are a little snug. This sometimes makes it slightly more difficult to remove them. They have tabs to help you pull them off after use. Cotton areas to wipe sweat are but too.

Not sure why people rave about these in the reviews. Gloves become so wet n smelly after every use.

It's not nice. Going for harbinger next. Inferior product. A bit disappointed.

The wrist strap is very thin n sometimes loosens itself while lifting. Hurts wrist after 5 minutes and have to release tension which is pointless.
