I got them on sale for a bargain and even without the sale, the price is still very good. The new pair is equally as good! Would highly recommend.
They stay on securely and include an extra over the toe velcro band to ensure they don't come off. Slipped right on, stayed securely there. It's very snug just like i hoped it would be!
Couldn't have done my rocky mtn natl park hike without them. Worked very well on snowy as well as slippery slushy terrain. Extremely affordable and worked great on snowy and icy trails.
These crampons are much less expensive, feel sturdier, seem to grip the ice better, and are a little easier to get on and off. The only issue i had is that the snow occasionally clumped on them.

Ive also been increasingly disappointed in the brandname quality which seems to have degraded dramatically every time i buy a pair

Something this heavy would not be good for walking on anything but the ice as they may leave big marks behind

Also dont kick anyone or anything while wearing these as you will remove huge chunks of flesh you cannot practice martial arts with others outside wearing these

I definitely learned that i had to use the velcro that came with them as using it without it resulted in them coming off in the snow multiple times

For those who count ounces these way 14oz without the basic but functional carrying bag total weight for both feetmy one quibble is that after a single use theres already some signs of rust and corrosion

The only place where im really concerned is the buckle on the velcro strap that goes over the top of the foot

If youre wearing these tofrom a car theres a good likelihood that youll encounter salt so expect to get some rust
