Pros

This unit syncs well with the included app and apple health app if you have an iphone. Comes with 4 batteries as a backup if needed. It's great that this comes with an option to plug it into an outlet.

App sync almost always fails. Developers need to rethink this * idea of registering to be able to use the app. Resynced 3 times by repeating the setup.

The cuff is uncomfortable, hard to put it on by oneself and align properly. The app is not great but it’s confusing and navigation is difficult. My intent is not to bash this product or manufacture.

Customer service is worthless as is their website or they’re manuals. Customer service decided to be less kind rather than help me diagnose why the app was being wonky.
