Sturdy and amazing. This is worth every penny. You will not be disappointed.
Cons
It is way too small for good spinal support. Im not an overweight person, but it actually hurt my back to sit on it longer than 2 or 3 minutes. A waste of my time.

My suggestion is to inflate it a little at a time until you get it to your desired size

I would place treats on it for him occasionally to get his attentionhelp him see he could stand on it and he eventually got to the point where he now sits on it instead of the floor sometimes
