Pros
It was very easy to set up - sometimes the magnet gets loose, separating the top from the bottom. I greatly appreciate the effort that the company made in support for their product & our purchase.
Cons
The leatherette is flimsy and thin. Shoddy worksmanship.
Cables are bent at such extreme angle that they breaking apart at the bent. Side holes for laptop or tablet chargers are only at the right side. It appears it was supposed to come with a usb power strip.

This contraption has proven to be sturdy and useful
I have a hub for the usbusb cmicro usb etc and it comes close to touching the top and preventing the magnets to connect
It really leaned up my mess of devices cords and wires
Price
For the price its good quality looks and feels nice
Still a high price for the lightweight and simplistic design
