I love spelt flour but what is this? The title says not organic, but numerous other places indicate an organic the photo shows an organic seal. In the questions/answer section the seller states the product is organic.

Unfortunatly with this last order there was a lot of lose flour caught in the box and the packaging which made a big mess when i opened it
