Pros

The great paper caper is about a policeman who finds a paper airplane near a crime scene. The investigation itself is pretty funny with the do not cross tape, that naughty pig, and no leaf left uninvestigated.

This is a fun, quirky little mystery that the budding detective between the ages of four and seven will certainly enjoy. The whole process follows the legalities, which can reinforce this for the kids.

The art work is impeccable. The book is beautifully illustrated and very playful. The artwork is spectacular and the story is the cutest.

Oliver jeffers is one of my favorite author/illustrators! Jeffers' picture books are fantastic. I wish all these books were available in 'board' format, but alas they aren't. Oliver. Jeffers.
