The flavor is very light, but still meaty as expected. It dissolves in the coffee without affecting the taste or texture. It blends well and doesn't affect the flavor at all.

It helps with my creaky joints and arthritis. Keeps my skin looking youthful at 33, and gives me a glow. My nails are also the healthiest they have ever been.

After 2 weeks of taking this stuff it started to clear up and now its gone
