Im not using the conditioner just the shampoo as ive had scalp flaking or what they call seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp and i went directly with the coal tar extract shampoo from neutrogena to try to resolve it and while its strong in smell and burns the eyes it would not help the itching

After rinse my hair felt a bit sticky in the sense that if you ran your fingers through your hair it snagged a bit
