Pros

It's the cheapest price you can get that i've found anywhere, and they seem high quality. Pretty good product with great packaging. It's well priced compared to competitors.

Liver is one of those super foods that shines high above the rest. Beef liver is the most nutrient dense food in the world. Residues of this chemical have been found in bagels, honey, flour, and infant formula.

How easy depends on your swallowing capabilities. The tablets are in caplet form, which means they're not grainy and unpleasant tasting.

Since taking these pills, i've noticed improvement in my skin, joint pain is almost non-existent, and feel better throughout the day. They have dramatically helped my periods be lighter and less crampy. My body just feels all around more nourished.

Cons

When hydrogen peroxide (h2o2) is added to liver, a chemical reaction occurs. Could have been a placebo effect. Beware deceptive label, beware deceptive label.
