Pros
They certainly look nicer than the stamped steel variety and are more sturdy. The only negative point is that when you have a reissue guitar it somehow loses a little of its classic look.
Used a set of these in 2 upgrade builds for 2 mim player teles. The screws enclosed are larger & wider. The hole already drilled for the cheap metal clip is the right size for the new screw.
Works great on my fender mexican players strat and my daughters mexican standard strat. Bought these to rebuild a 1995 korean squire strat. Perfect fit on my mexican tele and strat.
The string tree softens the angle of the first two strings off the nut and lessens any friction of the strings between the nuts and tuners. I use staggered locking tuners and thought i didn't really need string trees. Greatly improved tuning stability... Read More
These are easy to install with a screwdriver and look great. Low friction and easy to swap out. I am hugely impressed by the quality of this product.

Buy one package and it comes with two sleek string trees now youve handled two guitars
I wasn’t sure how i would like the look of these string trees but they actually compliment the look of my olympic white strat

I restored an old affinity strat and it really didnt like staying in tune or being adjusted to be in tune

I did some work on the nut but the g and b strings were always off and would skip over being in tune a lot

If you are having tuning issues on your strat these will probably do more to resolve the issue than a new nut or tuners

I dont even know if they even really assist in stabilizing tuning but ill just install them anyway and assume they do
