They are not the staggered post but my guitar has string tree so it didnt matter

The only thing i don’t like is the plates that come with it while they work don’t cover up the original tuners wholes

That being said most of the time the tuners will not fit most guitars without one of the graph tech ratio adapter plates that either come included with the tuners or that can be ordered separately
