The handle is chunky enough to hold easily. The handle part is wide, thick and large and allows for a great grip. The file has a ribbon on the end so after you rinse off the file you can hang it to dry.
Cons
This is an extremely coarse foot file, the roughest one i've ever used. No white dead skin or nothing.

I couldn’t use the ones i was referring to before on myself i like having the handle makes it easy to use

It does not cure or fix the problem but i no longer snag pantyhose or socks while putting them on
