It was too sharp for my daughter however so i took a lighter flame to each of the porcupine like needles kind of melted the plastic which formed a ball

As of now it feels not secure in my hand when brushing like it would easily slip out him of my hand of snagged

They shipped it in a flexible padded mailer though so some of the bristles arrived bent out of shape
