The quality of this pot set is great, they have nice style and finishing. Cookware are right colour and size. Durability is favored though only owned a short while.
The blades are solid and sharp. They arrive with a protective cardboard sheath over the blades. This makes the knifes easier to handle.

For keeping a shiny nonscratch surface in the long term i also suggest using only non metallic items to stir or flip the food
If you want good non stick durable set this set is perfect
They survive the dishwasher deep frying no oil frying and basically anything you throw at it
After 3 months of constant use they still work like brand new
Price
And you can’t beat the price for all the pieces it comes with
All considered this is quite a value set
The heritage was too expensive for me
So i needed a new set as it would be too expensive to buy each separately

Waited a while for it to arrive first off it was packaged super secure and no dents or scratches from shipping

The size of fry pans and pots will definitely do 2 to 3 person cooking but not much more

The surface has a pebble like affect and is a triple layer granite stone with fine diamond dust mixed into the material

I did find the surface to be nonstick but saying that like any surface you should use it in a manner to avoid any undue cleanup such as sprays or oils

When i initially used the fry pan i was very caution was not at high temperature setting however and this could have been a factor

When the glass lid pots are used on the stove top the handles have been acceptable to the hand for lifting but barely

The pots and pans are somewhat lighter in weight than our other pots and pans

So as a consequence i found it took a little longer to warmup to heat or so i think
