Pros & Cons
Pros
The material of it is great for chicken- a little heavier. The sides are low enough that the chicken browns well. The juice trough around the edge keeps the bird out of the liquid.
Cons
The pans are extremely to small. There are deep scratches that are irreparable in all 4 corners. The old graniteware pan is also nearly an inch deeper than this pan. Way to small for a dish of lasagna.

Its not as heavy duty as its historical predecessors which causes the edges to be a little sharp but it performed well at 400 degrees with a leaky stromboli
