Used on two felt wool fedora hats. Works for any material that is water resistant. Used on my walking shoes, also use liquid version on my car soft top. Will certainly buy again.

Liquid does not penetrate material after application but forms droplets on the surface which either runs off or can be shaken off

Please be mindful if the material is not waterproof or water resistant then this will not work

It does smell when you put it on so i would do this in a shed or outside if not windy but the smell goes from the material 100 within an hour when dry
