Put two capfuls in the washing machine on a 30 deg wash and rinse cycle did an empty rinse beforehand and cleaned out the tray to remove leftover detergent

Then tumbledried until the coat was almost too hot to touch which bakes on the fluorinated polymer that constitutes the dwr and now water just beads and runs off brilliantly

Havent been out in the rain yet so cannot say that it actually does what it is supposed to do

The instructions state you need to tumble try to fix the product in the fabric
