Pros

It is very moisturizing and helps with dry scalp and dandruff. Even after 1 use, there was such a marked decrease in flaky scalp. Stopped itching from stress. Still has an effect on psoriasis itching and flaking, but not the 80-90% as originally.

The fragrance is good and lathers well. This grandpa's brand is definitely the best of the pine tar shampoos. Needs a conditioner after shampooing, though.

Love the shine, love the softness, and love the feel of my hair again. Good for color treated hair, safe. And slightly tones my let-it-go gray hair.

It smells like christmas trees and a campfire, with just a hint of cloves. They are natural deodorant products (absolutely effective for that old man smell). Awesome natural scent.

Cons

The shampoo smells great and lathers nicely, but it did nothing to prevent my dandruff. For me it just dries out my hair to much to continue using. I also feel it makes my hair very oily.

Strongest smelling thing ever. It smells like bbq sauce. Doesn't smell great.
