Had a small issue with the second umbrella contacted the seller and had immediate response and resolution of the problem

You also have to tilt the base 90 deg on its nose to get the sand to distribute in the base

Id get one for my house but it would be too big for my deck and once to fill up the base which is able to be moved via wheels you can access by leaning the umbrella back you cant really spend time around it if its not up because it hangs in the way

I found that the instructions differ from the actual product in a few places the manufacturer had preassembled a few items and some pieces were slightly different from what was illustrated but it was no big deal to work it out

The hole is small 1

Because of this mechanism the umbrella hangs from the pole tip and is not firmly attached to it like centerpole umbrellas
